Shipping policy

SHIPPING WINDOWS

Since all Body Love by Tal products are lovingly made by hand in the order that they are received, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. The Fulfillment and Process time is also between 7 - 14 Business days then your order will be dropped off/picked up by our mail services. 

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please be advised that since all products are made by hand for our customers, we do not accept returns for Body Love by Tal products.

ADDRESS CHANGES

You are responsible for notifying us at hello@bodyloevbytal.com for any address changes after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, we are no longer able to update your address change and are not responsible for the delivered items. Refunds will not be given to those who provide incorrect addresses.

LOST PACKAGES

If you receive a package delivery notification and did not receive your order, please allow 5 business days until you notify us (in case it it stuck in transit). If you still do not receive your package after you have been notified of delivery, you have a 30 day window to contact us at hello@bodylovebytal.com. Please include your order number when you email us. We are not responsible for any lost packages that have been missing for longer than 30 days.
