Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a request, please contact us at hello@bodylovebytal.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damages & Issues

All orders are packed with care, but things happen.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • your order arrives damaged

  • your product is defective

  • you received the wrong item

Send a picture. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of handmade items, variations are normal

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items (Important)

Because our products are handmade, perishable, artisan-crafted, and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any used or opened BodyLove by Tal product.

This policy protects the integrity, hygiene, and safety of every batch we make.

All sales are final.
Store credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
