A woman’s womb is a big deal. It holds so much: physically, emotionally, energetically, and it deserves love and care at every stage of life. Whether we’re dealing with cramps, mood swings, irregular cycles, or just trying to feel more in sync with our body, supporting womb health is something we can all benefit from.
There are so many little things we can do that add up in a big way. We’re talking warm herbal teas, cozy castor oil packs, yoni steaming, magnesium foot soaks, nourishing whole foods, daily movement, and taking the time to rest when our body asks for it. Womb love isn’t just for one phase of life, it’s a lifelong vibe.
And one of our favorite ways to show our womb some extra love? Our DIY Womb Health Tea. It’s a simpler version of our bestselling Goddess Glow Tea and it’s packed with herbs that support hormone balance, ease discomfort, and help us feel more grounded and connected.

What’s Inside Our Tea: Herbs That Show Up for Your Womb
Our Womb Health Tea keeps things simple but effective. Each ingredient was chosen with love to support your body’s natural rhythms and help you feel a little more like yourself, especially during your cycle. Here’s what’s in the blend and why we love it:
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome
This spicy root does play not around when it comes to our cycles. Ginger is a go-to herb for helping ease period pain and cramping. It warms the body, gets things moving, and helps soothe inflammation. It’s also known as an emmenagogue, which means it supports healthy menstrual flow. If cramps are a regular visitor, feel free to add an extra pinch of ginger to your cup.
Raspberry (Rubus spp.) leaf
Often called “the woman’s herb,” raspberry leaf is like a daily multivitamin for the uterus. It’s rich in nutrients like iron and magnesium and has a toning effect on the uterine muscles. This makes it a great ally for menstruating folks, as well as for postpartum and perimenopausal support. It’s nourishing, grounding, and just what the womb ordered.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) bark
We love cinnamon for its cozy flavor, but it’s doing a lot behind the scenes, too. Cinnamon helps support blood sugar balance, which can be a game-changer for mood swings and energy dips throughout your cycle. It’s also been traditionally used to ease menstrual cramps and support healthy flow, thanks to its astringent and circulatory-stimulating properties. Cinnamon is a favorite among herbalists for supporting digestion, easing bloat, and helping the body feel more balanced overall.
Is This Tea Safe While Pregnant or Nursing?
Great question; and an important one. The short answer is yes, this tea can be safe during pregnancy and while nursing, with a few simple guidelines in mind.
This blend uses gentle, food-like amounts of ginger, raspberry leaf, and cinnamon:
-
Ginger is widely used during pregnancy to ease nausea and cramps. The small amount here is considered safe for both pregnancy and breastfeeding.
-
Raspberry Leaf is best avoided in the first trimester, but is commonly used in the second and third trimesters to tone the uterus. It’s also safe while nursing.
-
Cinnamon is safe in small amounts like this and adds warmth and flavor.
If you’re early in pregnancy or have any complications, check with your provider first. Otherwise, this tea is a cozy, nourishing option to support your womb and hormones through all stages.
